OUR WORK
About our work in Cambodia.
In many rural areas of Cambodia, access to consistent education is still affected by limited resources, economic pressures and gaps in local learning opportunities. While Cambodia has made significant progress, many communities continue to face very different educational realities.
Our work begins with listening. We engage with educators, families and community leaders to understand local needs before developing any initiative. Programs are shaped alongside local stakeholders to strengthen existing systems rather than replace them, with a focus on dignity, safety, continuity and long-term local capability.
Our Approach
Locally co-designed, built for lasting impact.
Our approach has been shaped by years of practical experience working alongside Cambodian schools and communities, including the development of the Phum Ou community school near Siem Reap and our ongoing relationship with Kep Gardens in southern Cambodia.
