Support a Specific Initiative
EDGE Worldwide supports education and personal development in Cambodia through a range of initiatives shaped around real needs and opportunities.
At times, EDGE Worldwide establishes specific-purpose programs and funding initiatives where supporters can contribute directly to a defined objective. When you give to a specific initiative, 100% of it goes there. This may include initiatives such as scholarships, educational access programs, teacher development or the development of an EDGE Worldwide Education & Pastoral Care Hub.

Individual Education Pathways
Supporting promising students to overcome barriers, continue their education and build pathways into further study and meaningful employment.
EDGE Worldwide supports selected young people who have demonstrated strong commitment to their education, their families and their communities, but who face barriers that may limit their ability to continue learning and reach their potential.
As part of our Individual Education Pathways initiative, we offer tailored support, including funding for school, vocational, or higher education, along with mentoring, advice, and ongoing pastoral support. We stay in touch with the student throughout their journey. We help them develop their networks, confidence, and connections that can lead to further study, professional development, and meaningful employment.

Teacher and Community Development
Strengthening teachers, schools and communities through practical education, professional development and locally responsive support.
EDGE Worldwide collaborates with teachers, schools and local communities to enhance the knowledge, skills and support systems that help children and young people thrive. As part of our teacher development program we offer workshops, conduct classroom observations, review lessons, provide mentoring and practical professional development, with help from local and visiting educators when needed. We also assist teachers in making effective use of teaching aids, digital tools and emerging technologies, including the responsible use of AI in education.
We shape our community development work around local needs, often partnering with schools, families, health providers, and community leaders. Our initiatives may include health and nutrition education, hygiene, environmental awareness, child protection, pastoral care, healthy school meals, and access to medical and dental care. We also run other practical programs that help remove barriers to learning. Our main goal is always to use education, teamwork, and local support to strengthen communities and build better conditions for long-term, stable growth and opportunity.

Community Support & Emergency Response
When Cambodia’s border conflict displaced families from their homes, EDGE Worldwide helped mobilise communities in Kep and Kampot to provide practical support. Working with local partners, businesses and volunteers, the response brought together food, medicine, clothing, bedding and personal care supplies for families sheltering in northern Cambodia. Educational materials also helped children continue learning in temporary spaces.
